Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing energy management programs, managing building procedures, and ensuring the reliability of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive energy management programs to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Manage building procedures and performance measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of systems
- Coordinate with vendors to manage soft and hard services
- Recommend quality improvement practices to enhance initiatives and consistency
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with audit processes
- Assist in developing guidelines and strategies to protect staff and company reputation
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of energy management and building procedures
- Experience with vendor management and quality improvement
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
