  • Key Responsibilities:
  • File Preparation & Optimization: Prepare digital files for various output methods ensuring specific production standards are met.
  • Design Asset Management: Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets.
  • Color Accuracy & Pre-press: Implement precise color management techniques for consistency across different materials and output processes.
  • Layout & Typesetting: Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral.
  • Quality Control & Proofing: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs.
  • Workflow Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
