Job Overview

A high-performance design team seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to produce professional, visually appealing content for various clients and industries.

As a key member of the team, you will create engaging assets including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, branding elements, and web visuals. Your work will range from digital ads and email templates to brand assets and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning assets that align with client goals and brand identities
  • Work closely with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality work within tight deadlines, adhering to My Biz Helpers' standards for speed and precision
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations
  • Manage design files and documentation using cloud tools and project management platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of real-world design work
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers
  • Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly
Nice To Have (But Not Required)
  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with basic UI design or website asset creation
  • Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management
  • Experience working in a BPO, VA agency, or outsourcing environment
