About the Job

This position involves providing administrative support to clients, including transcription services, call preparation, schedule coordination, report management, virtual file management, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transcription: Capture key points during live or recorded calls.
  • Call Preparation: Organize daily call lists and agendas to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting schedules, including adjustments, cancellations, and time zone considerations.
  • Report Management: Compile insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Virtual File Management: Keep virtual files organized and accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks efficiently.
Requirements
