Job Description

This role involves leading creative output for high-performing advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of video editors, develop strategies for engaging ad content, and ensure all creatives are optimized for measurable performance across Meta platforms.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of video editors to deliver high-quality ad creatives.
  • Developing strategic approaches for video ads tailored to direct-to-consumer (DTC) physical products.
  • Directing user-generated content (UGC), scripting, editing, and testing at a fast pace.
  • Creating and editing video ad content when necessary.
  • Maintaining performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions.
