Job Summary

This is a senior-level position for a digital designer who will be responsible for creating consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design digital marketing assets that meet or exceed company standards.
  • Deliver high-quality assets on time and within budget.
  • Conceptualize and execute exciting digital ideas.
  • Develop digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality digital design work.
  • Guard the global brand identity guidelines and translate them into creative projects, ensuring cohesive digital design across touchpoints.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • A strong portfolio credible in digital design.
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
  • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Efficient, organized, able to prioritize workload and work under tight deadlines.
  • Conceptual thinking and strong creative instincts with willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communicator and highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
