Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Leader to join our team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's creative direction and developing compelling visual content for various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to work effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead the development of creative concepts and oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers, fostering professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement.
Work Environment

This is a remote position requiring availability for meetings and collaboration across time zones. The working hours may vary depending on the season, but you can expect to work at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
