Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sets of accounts for all subsidiaries and related companies, ensuring timely monthly closings and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations, and schedules, ensuring correctness and timely submission for review.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, cash flow management, foreign exchange, and financial projections.
  • Conduct statutory consolidation and prepare group consolidated financial statements.
  • Lead credit control reviews and oversee collection effectiveness.
  • Manage statutory audits, including preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ACCA qualifications, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to support team members in all areas.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, results-oriented with a sharp business acumen.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
