Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Center Manager to lead our SOC team in providing exceptional security services. As a key member of our Cyber Threat Management Department, you will be responsible for managing the overall direction and operations of the SOC.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the SOC team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with SLA, process adherence, and process improvements to achieve operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other CTMD teams (threat hunting, incident response, vulnerability management) to ensure proper monitoring and response to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Communicate the value and posture relationship of the SOC with CSIERT and industry partners.
  • Develop, review, and document SOC policies, standards, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as strong technical knowledge of security operations and incident response. You should also have experience with security tools and technologies, as well as the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
