Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to fill the role of Healthcare Quality Manager at Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead a team of 5-10 SQ TLs across different business areas.
- Support Quality & Process Improvement teams in achieving quality goals.
- Allocate resources effectively to drive process improvements.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Design and execute education plans to enhance SQ team capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop high-quality training materials.
- Represent Quality during client interactions.
- Drive performance management initiatives to enhance SQ function efficiency.
- Develop a visual display system to track team performance.
- Embed a Six Sigma culture throughout the organization.
- Serve as a single point of contact for quality-related matters.
