Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Leadership professional to oversee the delivery of projects across multiple locations.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop strategic plans, and execute project deliverables.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and developing business cases.
  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and project management principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation tactics.
  2. Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet client expectations.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
