Property Management Expert

This role involves overseeing the daily management of properties, coordinating with tenants, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with tenants to address their inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance while maintaining a strong working relationship built on trust and respect.
  • Handle financial management tasks accurately, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable, to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase business growth.
  • Ensure data entry and management for property transactions are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Invoice and follow up on payments in a timely manner to maintain a smooth cash flow.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Marketing skills to develop and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools to stay organized and efficient.
