Role Overview

The Workday Payroll Consultant role involves implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll solutions
  • Work closely with team members to manage workload and achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload with minimal supervision
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Capable of working in remote teams and managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail
