Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to show initiative and execute tasks efficiently, and possess proficiency in English (both written and oral). They will also have planning, organisation, and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).

  • Supporting the Head of IT Site Management, ensuring well-functioning communication and collaboration with the Global IT organization.

  • Efficient interaction with key stakeholders including global and local Management, HR, Administration, Finance.

  • Advising and coaching IT colleagues on compliance with internal regulations and procedures.

  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Showing initiative and ability to execute

  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral)

  • Planning, organisation, and administrative skills

  • Proficiency level in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)
