The Site Supervisor will be responsible of the overall operational excellence of the branch. He/She will oversee the financial status of the site which includes maximizing of operational budget and minimizing financial losses.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervisory Role
Promotes excellence & discipline in the Site in compliance with company policies.
Creates schedule and monitors duties and responsibilities to Team Members.
Executes the Performance Management, Career Planning & Coaching to Staff.

Customer Service Excellence
Oversees the daily operations of the Site in terms of Customer Service, Technical Service & Parts Management Concerns. Determines Site requirements & needs through daily monitoring & audits while ensuring Apple metrics & target scores are achieved. Filters Site level escalations & ensures proper coordination with management; serves as 2nd level escalation to both clients & Apple.

Operational Efficiency & Process Compliance
Manages operations by effectively monitoring Profit & Losses of the Company.
Monitors & reports Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Customer Replacement Units (CRU).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System, Information Technology or related course.

  • With at least 2 years of Supervisory experience in Customer Relations or Technical Service

  • Experience in Service Center type of business is an advantage
