Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our SEO team's capabilities. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing various SEO campaigns (Local, eCommerce, B2B, B2C) under the supervision of experienced SEO Specialists.

The job entails executing basic on-page SEO optimizations (URLs, Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, H tags) under close guidance. Additionally, the individual will assist with content optimization based on keyword research provided by specialists and support technical SEO implementations including schema markup and basic website updates.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Execute foundational on-page SEO strategies to boost online visibility
  • Collaborate with specialists to refine content and enhance search engine rankings
  • Support the implementation of technical SEO recommendations to improve website performance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in SEO or equivalent digital marketing background
  • Basic understanding of WordPress functionality and CMS principles
  • Fundamental knowledge of SEO principles, including URLs, meta tags, and content optimization
  • Working familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush/Ahrefs
  • Project management skills using Basecamp or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Able to work independently while adhering to established procedures
Desirable Skills:
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for simple web modifications
  • Experience with additional SEO tools like Screaming Frog and Google Data Studio
  • Content creation expertise for blogs and web copy
  • Basic graphic design skills for report formatting
  • Understanding of conversion optimization principles
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Digital marketing certifications like Google Analytics
