Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Intake Specialist to take on this challenging role.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who share our vision and passion for serving customers quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to type 40 WPM.
  • Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent.
  • A noise-cancelling headset and dual monitor.
