Job Role Overview

This is a pivotal position within our organization, overseeing product development from inception to completion. As a key member of the cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in aligning product strategy with overarching business objectives while driving innovation and ensuring success.

Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders and engineers to synchronize product strategy with broader business goals.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, guaranteeing alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions or areas for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and proactively update them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineers and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Cultivate an agile mindset and methodologies to continuously enhance the product delivery process.
  • Mentor and coach other product owners and team members to improve their product management skills.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager (or similar role)
  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with strategic acumen
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Background in developing or improving software applications
  • Proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology
