Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a Mid-Senior level position in the field of Information Technology, specifically in the Telecommunications industry.

  • We are seeking a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting enterprise cloud computing environments.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with expertise in implementing and migrating operating systems and applications in an enterprise cloud environment.

  • They should also possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server Roles, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.

  • Additionally, they should have experience with virtual servers on premise and in the cloud, including Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, ESXI.

  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills are required, as well as the ability to configure and manage Sonicwall Firewalls.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • 5 years as a Systems Administrator
    • 2 years in Cyber Security

  • Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience with implementing, migrating, managing operating systems/applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment
    • Strong working experience with client Cloud Service Providers, Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Mid-Level experience with O365, Exchange Online, Azure AD and O365 migrations
    • Knowledge of Backup Solutions
    • Knowledge of MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune and WorkspaceOne UEM
    • Ability to configure, manage and troubleshoot Sonicwall Firewalls
    • Microsoft or Amazon cloud certifications are a plus
    • Growing knowledge in VMware environments is a plus
    • Cisco routers, switches and ASA experience a major plus
    • Understanding of basic cyber security principles and practices including 2FA, Least Privilege, Phishing Prevention & Identification, etc.
