Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert to spearhead our security operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing client security systems, responding to security incidents, and providing expert advice on cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and maintaining client security systems, including Endpoint Protection/Anti-Virus, Email Security, Log Aggregation and SIEM Solutions, Network Security Systems, Identity Threat Protection Solutions, Dark Web Protection Solutions, Data Loss Prevention Solutions, and Vulnerability Scanners.
  • Responding to and managing security incidents, including incident investigations, malware detections, and security communication with clients.
  • Providing expert recommendations for improving client security posture and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions.
  • Conducting thorough security maturity and posture assessments against client environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Security: Office365, Azure, AWS.
  • Experience in Email Security Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Network Security devices and platforms.
  • Experience in Vulnerability Management.
  • Background in Compliance, Incident Management and Reporting.
  • Expertise in enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Vendor management and solution alignment skills.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to generate comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks.
