Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead our Finance AI task force as a Data Science Lead. This role involves spearheading our data analytics strategy, driving innovation, and mentoring a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Strategy and Innovation: Develop RPA, analytical reports, and GPT workflows to support our Finance Division's RPA and AI initiatives.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Finance stakeholders to identify key questions and define impactful RPA and AI projects.
  3. Insight Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights through rigorous RPA and AI data analysis.
  4. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a data-driven culture and promoting continuous learning in RPA and AI.
  5. Communication and Storytelling: Present findings and recommendations related to RPA and AI to senior management and other stakeholders, making complex data understandable and actionable.
  6. Visual Storytelling: Utilize storytelling and visualization skills to turn RPA and AI data insights into compelling narratives that drive business decisions.

Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience in data visualization and storytelling, particularly with Looker Studio.
  3. Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the knack for translating complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights, and proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
