Rbank Banilad seeks a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to expand our presence in Cebu. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic customer outreach, relationship-building, and sales execution.
Main Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet individual customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience considered.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry; training provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on self-motivation and adaptability.
