Lead a team to migrate jewelry company operations to Zoho, overseeing inventory management, customer relationships, sales tracking, and invoice processing.

Responsibilities
  • Migrate data and processes to Zoho, including inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations.
  • Ensure efficient integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for smooth operations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
