Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day financial tasks and provide timely, accurate financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Develop and improve bookkeeping processes and documentation.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones and international client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proven experience working with international companies, especially in the US market.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other common accounting platforms.
  • Familiarity with AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, Xero, FreshBooks, ZOHO Books is a strong plus.
  • Experience with time and project tracking solutions like Harvest is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of US accounting practices and international financial standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and presentation).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Own computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Professional work ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
