The Ideal Candidate
You will be responsible for building a pipeline of deals, tracking performance against sales targets, and developing long-lasting relationships with key accounts. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of B2B sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire enterprise clients in the Philippines with local or regional presence.
- Develop solutions that address consumer needs while meeting performance goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through long-term planning and objection handling.
- Establish an understanding of Grab For Business products and solutions to service clients better.
- Analyze target market data, pipeline, and business to shape account-specific growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales within a B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis software.
