- Lead and motivate the Finance and Accounting team to achieve high performance standards.
As a senior member of the finance team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and drive business results through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize financial operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
