Job Description

This role is central to our financial strategy and operational success. The Finance Controller will provide the executive team with comprehensive financial updates, guiding fiscal planning and growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support the executive leadership team in providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage Month-End Reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states.
  • Oversee cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and drive financial accountability across all departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory and GAAP compliance.
  • Lead multi-entity, multi-state payroll processing, working closely with HR and other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations.
