Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Lead to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge eClinical solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and aligning with regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on project leadership, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk & issue management, and reporting & communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations, with a strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • Familiarity with device provisioning workflows and mobile device management, along with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Owns end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acts as primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Leads cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support, and tags and onboards team members for time tracking and task ownership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identifies project risks early, develops mitigation strategies, and escalates issues as needed.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provides regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
