Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team. As a critical leadership role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth, timely delivery across multiple departments in a fast-paced, remote digital media and eCommerce agency.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a project manager or digital ops lead, familiarity with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media, and a strong command of English communication (written + spoken). They will also be comfortable working across departments and reporting to top-level leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage project timelines for blog launches, product drops, YouTube content, and client services
  • Track and update tasks in Monday.com or Google Sheets
  • Holding team members accountable to SOPs, timelines, and milestones
  • Communicate daily across teams (Telegram, Docs, Email)
  • Coordinate between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and execs
  • Track performance and report progress to the CEO weekly
  • Problem-solve and escalate roadblocks before they become delays
  • Help document workflows and improve internal efficiency
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is highly desirable.
