Job Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Corporate English Trainer. This position presents an exceptional opportunity to enhance the professional communication skills of corporate employees across various industries.
\The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality live video training sessions to business professionals and executives, covering topics such as business communication, professional development, and culture adaptation.
\As a trainer, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of learners, including CEOs, senior managers, scientists, doctors, lawyers, and other highly-specialized professionals.
\To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (oral and writing), with at least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of adult teaching experience.
\Apart from strong technical skills, the successful candidate should also be comfortable using online platforms for teaching and willing to teach video classes.
\In addition to delivering live video training sessions, the candidate will be required to write detailed lesson reports to document what was covered in each session.
