Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT professional to support and optimize our core technology systems.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth onboarding/offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across various platforms.

As part of the tech operations team, you will gain valuable experience in real estate technology while helping us enhance user experience and system performance.

  • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with administration of core tech systems, including setup and backup of Google Workspace & Gmail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Workspace Administration
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on account configuration and storage.
  • Keep the team updated on Google enhancements.

Tech Stack Support:

  • Support and manage core technology products, including:
  • Security tools (e.g., Keeper)
  • Google Workspace Products
  • DialPad
  • Happeo
  • Property Data Platforms

Networking Onshore (Head Office):

  • Troubleshoot technology issues at Head Office.
  • Escalate to suppliers when required.
  • Remote Desktop Support

Various Projects:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating projects.
  • Support Google integrations with other systems.

Responsibility Time Allocation:

  • Google & IT System Admin & Support: 50%
  • Other Technology Systems Admin & Support: 25%
  • Special Projects & Team Support: 25%

Qualification and requirements:

  • Basic understanding of IT security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to support both onsite and remote users.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration).
  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations.
