Infrastructure Development Specialist - Remote

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Development Specialist to support our clients in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves delivering design calculations and drawings, overseeing site coordination, and producing feasibility studies and technical reports across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborating with construction firms, property developers, and local authorities across the ANZ region
  • Ensuring client specifications and standards are met, while maintaining proactive communication across time zones
  • Managing multiple assignments efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil, property, or construction engineering roles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM platforms (Revit or MicroStation), and project scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6
  • Solid understanding of Australian and New Zealand codes and standards (AS 1170, AS/NZS 7000, NCC), plus WHS and environmental compliance
  • Experience preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, and technical reports for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to work remotely on multiple projects, coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors
  • Excellent English communication skills for report writing and client presentations
  • Reliable internet, suitable laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, and quality microphone or headset
