Job Description

As an Exams Processing Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the team leader(s) and coordinator in various areas of exams processing.

Key responsibilities include linking candidates entered, checking the eligibility of their entries, and grading their ADIP/ICE Award. Additionally, you will quality assure forms received from examiners, performing auditing and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for adjusting examiner scaling by keying into the Exams Processing System and ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to learn new skills and processes easily and quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail, and experience in administration
  • Flexible and willing to embrace regular changes in working practice and hours
  • A proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This role supports the Cambridge University Press & Assessment group in exams processing and contributes to the Group Awards, Scholarships and Awarding Support processes.
