About the Role:
  • Client Liaison : Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
  • Project Organizer : Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Task Translator : Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Workflow Collaborator : Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
  • Deadline Driver : Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
What You Need:
  • Experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficiency in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency
