Job Overview

This role involves coordinating social media activities across multiple platforms.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in developing and scheduling engaging content, creating eye-catching visuals, and monitoring social channels to grow an active community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management and be familiar with major social platforms.

Basic skills in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar are also required.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
  • Create eye-catching visuals, short-form posts, and simple video content to promote services
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to grow an active community
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities
  • Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Suggest improvements based on performance insights and market trends
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms
  • Basic skills in design tools for creating social content
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and tone of voice
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote environment
Preferred
  • Familiarity with US-based iGaming and crypto industries
  • Experience with start-up or pilot project environments
