About This Role:

As an experienced eCommerce project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of successful online retail operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing.

This is a full-time role that requires a strong understanding of online retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing eCommerce projects, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms.

  • Client Liaison
    • Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer
    • Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator
    • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager
    • Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator
    • Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector
    • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
