Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and matching qualified professionals, maintaining databases, responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, ensuring confidentiality, and managing caseloads. As a key team member, they will deliver quality mental health services to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network in China markets by identifying opportunities and building relationships with potential partners.
  • Recruit and onboard mental health professionals for ad hoc psychological support to clients, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Assess clients' needs and match them with suitable providers using our proprietary database, guaranteeing a seamless experience for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our ATS and Provider database, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness, ensuring only high-quality candidates are selected.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of clients' information, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers, facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
  • Proactively manage caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the Asian job market.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with clients and providers.
  • Experience with recruiting in the Asian job market, understanding local nuances and cultural differences.
  • Database management experience, including data entry, tracking, and analysis.
  • Remote work experience, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a growing startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
