Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-facing consulting experience, with excellent relationship-building skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customized Workday solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll, with a strong focus on customer-facing consulting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Nice To Have
  • Experience working with Australian Payroll systems.
  • Post-deployment services experience, including ongoing support and maintenance.
