Job Description:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our workforce planning and management efforts, ensuring that strategic goals are met through effective forecasting, capacity planning, and collaboration.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in forecasting and capacity planning, as well as experience in scheduling and real-time monitoring. They will also be able to interface with leaders to understand business needs and make updates accordingly.
  • This role requires strong project leadership skills to drive efficiencies in the team, as well as the ability to coordinate with third-party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably with prior experience in Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Keen on details and highly organized
  • Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
  • Willingness to work in Paciano Rizal, Calamba, Laguna
