Job Overview

This position involves leading projects by guiding a team of stakeholders and conducting in-depth analysis to identify process improvements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for stakeholders. This includes working on various projects across multiple programs within the organization.

Key responsibilities include providing assistance to process owners to identify improvement opportunities, managing operational information, facilitating process workshops, supporting executives responsible for relationships with strategic clients on process optimization matters, and performing audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance.

  • Provide support to process owners to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage operational data and collaborate with business teams to improve current processes and solve problems.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing through process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Develop effective relationships with clients to build trust and facilitate the sharing of confidential information.
  • Perform audits related to newly hired employees, technology management, project/program management, or supplier management in accordance with corporate methodologies and professional standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business, with an emphasis on analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is required, while experience with other CI methodologies such as Lean, 5S, TOC, and BPR is preferred.

Candidates should also demonstrate excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written, and have a strong understanding of Microsoft applications (Excel). Full English language proficiency is essential, as is the ability to ask questions to understand client needs and priorities.

A willingness to travel and advanced skills in Excel are also desirable qualities for this role.
