Medical Billing Trainer

A key role exists in our organization for a Training Specialist. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to new and existing employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing training curricula, as well as expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop curriculum and training syllabus related to Medical Billing (US Health Insurance, Claims Process, Denials & Appeals, Revenue Cycle Management)
- Design and develop training modules and course materials for new hires and existing employees
- Collaborate with departmental teams to identify training needs and implement solutions
- Conduct regular training sessions and evaluate participant feedback
- Update and improve existing training materials and programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or instructional design
- Expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
