Senior Financial Planning Professional

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. This involves analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, as well as collaborating with department heads to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include building dashboards and reports to monitor financial performance, extracting and reconciling financial data from Sage and Planful for variance analysis and management reporting, and providing ad hoc analysis to stakeholders.
Additionally, this role requires assisting with Board reporting, performing other duties as assigned, and ensuring ongoing needs are met.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency with FP&A tools for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with accounting software for GL and transactional data.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
