Business Continuity Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and researching complex business continuity issues, maintaining documentation, and providing research support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential disruptions and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement and oversee the Business Continuity Program, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and objectives.
  • Providing analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Developing and delivering programs in business continuity, resilience, emergency management, and crisis management.
  • Participating in regular business continuity and crisis management update meetings, documenting progress, and escalating issues as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
