Job Role Overview

The primary objective of an ERP Project Coordinator is to provide essential support in planning, coordinating, and executing Acumatica ERP implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP implementation projects
  • Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks
  • Track project deliverables, monitor timelines, and update dashboards as necessary
  • Prepare status reports and escalate any project risks that arise
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements to processes
  • Provide secondary client-facing support

This Associate level role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools, and familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
