Job Title: Compliance Professional

The compliance professional will be responsible for maintaining ongoing oversight over our company's adherence to regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting.

  • Maintain ongoing oversight over the company's compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting
  • Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance
  • Analyze new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
