Our team of professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality services. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The position requires advanced knowledge of professional coding, including CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS. You will be responsible for designing and implementing quality coding review programs, communicating review findings and recommendations, and obtaining statistics necessary to assess risk.

Duties
  • Lead and develop a team to meet objectives and maintain company culture
  • Administer the Quality Assessment process to ensure all quality standards are met
  • Manage operational processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met
  • Act as client contact for day-to-day operational issues and staff assignments
  • Review and analyze reports, records, and data to meet and exceed client and company objectives
  • Collaborate with workgroups to resolve issues that impact internal and external customers
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any medical or allied medical course or has equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with E/M and CPT Procedure coding
  • Minimum six months experience in quality management Medical Coding – demonstrated HIPAA knowledge required
  • Ability to work in a team-fostered environment and have the willingness to adjust to changing job responsibilities
