Investigation Professional Role

This position is primarily responsible for the investigation of cases, preparation of reports and recommendations for disposition by a designated committee.



Key Responsibilities
  • Guide Line Management in the investigation of cases.
  • Conduct field investigations/inspections and/or interviews when necessary.
  • Submit documents/evidence for evaluation or schedule personnel for polygraph tests.
  • Identify violations committed by personnel and corresponding sanctions in accordance with policy.
  • Coordinate with relevant units regarding case matters.
  • Evaluate and prepare reports/recommendations on cases.
  • Evaluate write-off recommendations referred by other Business Units.
  • Issue bulletins/reminders to offices as needed.
  • Perform other assignments as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
  • CPA certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
