Project Portfolio Management Opportunity

As a seasoned project portfolio manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will involve managing financial initiatives across regions, functions, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a centralized view of all finance initiatives and prioritize them based on strategic value, dependencies, and capacity.
  • Develop and manage governance frameworks, templates, and reporting standards to monitor project status, risks, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) reflecting project performance and lead portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance leadership, project sponsors, PMs, and global functions to drive alignment across teams.
  • Coach and support finance project managers and subject matter experts to apply best practices and standardize methodologies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project/portfolio management and 5+ years in Project Management with exposure to various functional projects and C-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential.
  • Experience working in multinational corporations or large matrixed organizations is preferred.
