
Financial Administrator Position

Our company is looking for an Accounts Administrator (Finance) to join our team on a seasonal basis.

Responsibilities- Ensure all required cases are accurately and promptly followed up.
- Verify bank details and other key information.
- Monitor accounts, process payments, and perform reconciliations.
- Generate reports to support team operations.
- Identify trends in customer contacts and propose improvements proactively.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and adherence targets.
- Respond promptly to communications from both the client and your manager.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator at all levels, including clients.
- Receptive to feedback and driven to exceed targets.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Technologically proficient—familiarity with accounting software, payment processors, MS Office/Google Sheets, etc.
- Understanding of processes in Financial Services and consumer-facing environments.
- Opportunity to work on large data sets and develop Excel skills.
- Chance to gain experience working in consumer-facing companies with a customer-centric approach.
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup:
- Minimum of 2 screens, a headset, and a quiet, secure working environment.
- Must be available for 40 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.
- Opportunity for extended hours and possible overtime.
- You consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You follow company procedures and maintain compliance.
- You complete all daily assigned tasks from the client or manager.
- You maintain a perfect attendance record (excluding approved leave).
- You actively participate in training and coaching sessions as required.
