Bookkeeper Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting software, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Create and maintain accurate financial spreadsheets and reports
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable
  • Organize receipts and financial documents
  • Support payroll and expense tracking
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a focus on financial management
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
